Material and surface protection:

Stairs are made of the following materials:

  • Hot rolled steel in quality č0361 (ST 37-2 / S235 JRG)
  • Aluminum sheet Al 99,5 i AlMg 3
  • Stainless steel č4580-č4574 (AISI 304-316)

Supplied with:

  • Without surface protection.
  • With surface protection – (TZn) Heat-galvanized in accordance with DIN 50 976.
  • Painted on customer request.

Technical data

Tread hole dimension

  • Represents the dimension of the axial distance of the bearing and connecting flat steel bar in mm.
  • It is applied to all models of treads.

Stairs models

  • Grid stairs with semi-flat steel bar * model RSP
  • Grid stairs with full flat steel bar * model RS
  • Spiral grid steps * model SRS1
  • Spiral grid steps * model SRS2

Fixing the stairs to the existing structure

  • With M12 screws – 4 screws per step
  • By welding for an existing structure

Both models of stairs shown here have:

  • Anti-slip tread profile, there is a possibility of making stairs only with hemmed flat steel bar – without anti-slip tread profile.
  • Side plates with fixing holes. Stairs are also produced with a hemmed flat steel bar – without side slats for fixing.

  • Stairs model: RSP (sa poluflahom) ili RS (model sa punim flahom)
  • Surface protection (TZn – hot-dip galvanized): Tzn
  • Dimension of the carrying flat steel bar (thickness x width): 2x30mm
  • Dimension of the opening (axial distance of carrying and connecting flat steel bar): 33x33mm
  • Length (support range) x Width: 800x1000mm

The most standard dimensions of step – Model RSP and RP

  • Carrying flat steel bar: 2 × 30 / 3x30mm * on request 2 × 25/2 × 40/3 × 25 / 3x40mm
  • Step length (L): 600/800/1000 / 1200mm * or on request.
  • Step width (W): 240/270 / 305mm * or on request.
  • All listed dimensions are subject to changes and harmonization with the requirements of the project and the customer.

Tolerances for step dimensions

  • L = MAX +0 /- 3 mm
  • W = max. +5 /- 5mm
